MY STORY

I’m a designer by day and a baker by night. Almond Sugar is my little corner of the world where I get to share my love for baking. It all started after a trip to Paris, where I had some of the best desserts I’ve ever tasted. I immediately fell in love with French pastries and came home inspired to try making them myself. After lots of trial and error, I came up with my own version of Langue De Chat sandwich cookies with flavored white chocolate fillings. I shared them with friends and family, and they were such a hit that I decided to start selling them at the farmers market.

You may have seen my wonderful husband and daughter at my booth if you frequent South Lyon Farmers Market. They are my pillars and I cannot do all these without them. I simply cannot ask for a better team!
